Date: July 05, 2011 09:56PM If I ate them raw, I'd probably blend them with other veggies rather than juice them or eat straight. I think I'd cut off the base of each sprout and limit them to 1/3 of the blend. I'd add an apple to the blend for palatability as John Kohler does They do have some interesting anti-cancer phytochemicals. You could also steam them as part of your 20 percent if you are an 80 percenter as an alternative.
