Good source of fats besides avo's, nuts and seeds?

Date: February 09, 2012 05:18PM Olives I cant stand, and Durian are not easy to come by in UK. Though I'll try and get some coconut oil, any good sources you can reccomend powerlifer? raw/organic is better. Re: Good source of fats besides avo's, nuts and seeds?

I have had 22 tubs just go off date pity i am not aloud to give out of date products out or i would as there perfectly fine. So im eating alot of organic virgin coconut oil at the moment lol.
