www.stopthethyroidmadness.com I haven't read all the info on the site, but they do have a list of foods and you might be able to find out about the "fermented affects" from them. Let us know what you find out. I went for years eating every bit of soy that I could - thinking that I was doing "great things" for myself! Oh well! I feel really good, now. Date: October 26, 2006 03:43PM alive, I also had serious issues after eating too much soy. I am glad I figured it out and cut it out of my diet completely - and out of my daughters diet! Yikes. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
