has anyone juiced broccoli stems? it seems like such a waste to toss the stems and just eat the flowering part.

is the juice any good? especially good for you?

I haven't used it in a juicer such as Champion or Solostar, but I have used it in green smoothies blended with other greens using a k-tec blender. Was pleased with the results.

Wishing you vibrant health

Yes, I have and it does seem to me a terrible waste.

Better to shred them along with carrots and whatever and make a raw slaw.

I sometimes blend them with almond milk, miso or salt and make a creamy brocolli soup. Add some chopped tomatoes and yummy!
