how much water is too much?

Sometimes I drink like 4 or 5 liters a day. I only weigh about 115 but I seem to drink out of habit and not wanting to eat toxic foods.

I dont like feeling so waterlogged, so maybe I will cut back. Anyone else have an issue with overdrinking the water???smiling smiley

That sounds a little high but if you feel oK then it is ok. I eat lots of fruits (water foods) and a total of ~ 3 liters of water a day.

the big question is what type of water is it? does it have any minerals/electrolytes? is it tap water? is it reverse osmosis filtered water from the store? this is too much water if the water is lacking in proper mineral levels as it will sap your body of minerals. If you are drinking tap water your minerals are fine, but you are steadily poisoning yourself with toxins. If you are drinking this much mineral water then you are doing great. if this is generic bottled water, non spring water, then you are depleting yourself.

Tap water! I hope you live in a pristine area with a well. Even then there are most likely toxins of some kind.
