Mixing vegetables and nutritional impact

Hi, normally when I make a green smoothie I add a single leafy green, for example Kale up to the 20 ounce mark, and the next day 20 ounces of spinach instead.

I'm wondering if it's healthier to add smaller portions of two or three leafy greens each day, rather doing than doing a single big bunch of one.

Anyone know if there is a significant difference, or does it really not matter?

You are doing the right thing limiting the green to one at a time. The major issue may be the type of green you use. I would avoid spinach as it is high in oxalic acid. [www.chameleonforums.com]
