Mixing vegetables and nutritional impact

Date: December 02, 2013 07:42PM Hi, normally when I make a green smoothie I add a single leafy green, for example Kale up to the 20 ounce mark, and the next day 20 ounces of spinach instead.
I'm wondering if it's healthier to add smaller portions of two or three leafy greens each day, rather doing than doing a single big bunch of one. Anyone know if there is a significant difference, or does it really not matter? Re: Mixing vegetables and nutritional impact
