Date: December 26, 2013 03:14AM i believed that raw foods have something to do with the anti-aging benefits, as far as I know, a lot of foods nowadays underwent processing with unnatural contents and chemicals induced to the food and those chemicals are not good in terms of long term usage and consumption. So definitely, raw foods are far better than those. Just make sure you know the history of the food before you eat it. Yeah some of the sea vegetables are contaminated so make sure you know well where the vegetables came from. That's why you make verify that your source of sea vegetables or chlorella, spirulina, and AFA tests extensively for contaminants (radiation, heavy metals, bacteria, etc.). I also think Sproutarian posted something a while back about how sea vegetables are much more resistant to radioactive pollution. Maybe he could expand further on that. Most sea vegetables are actually very good at protecting and detoxifying radiation from the body. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
