Flu shot- they forced my sister to get one in her work.

Some Dr. on Coast to coast am radio show last night, about flu vaccines, say now are having dog dna in them, and 100 people reported now being narcoleptic from it. That means you can't function because you keep falling asleep. Alot of those adjuncts are neuro toxins. SO George Noory asks everyone who got the flu shot to call in and report if they got sick. It's sad. Some lady called up saying there is MSG in the flu shot she is battling, it excites the nerve cells the doctor told her. Dumping grounds for chemicals these long lists in the vaccines. Why are they putting all these things in the shots, so new diseases are spread? We never blame the vaccines for other problems and she wrote 174 page paper, and asks, " in all these cases where people get cancer and die, do they have a flu shot in their history". The vaccine industry never blames the vaccine but the person is always the defective one. Some people called in and they all got sick and were hospitalized 102 degrees fever. They were told its supposed to happen and EVERYONE WHO HAS THE FLU SHOTS in these families, all get weird flus that noone can name.

My sister was forced to get one, they said if she didnt get one she would have to wear a mask for the rest of her time there so she caved in, and argued this, she was told she might be fired. My sister got sick and when she reported it, they said, " Oh that is what is supposed to happen"

There are many nurses at the nursing home I visit who didn't cave and are wearing masks all day on their shifts. I tell them about these masks which are much more comfortable to wear and allow for better breathing.

Sure it's inconvenient to wear masks but fully doable. Surgeons do it all day every day. Gloved up all day, too.

I don't understand why you addressed this post to me. I guess you clicked the quote spot instead of the reply spot by mistake.

no mistake

the act of having vaccines forced , wearing confining masks all day or losing ones job is what i was referring to as totally upside down and inside out

but all you have to do is

"follow the money" ( i don't know how to explain that phrase any further...)

I am quite aware of those factors. I chose, instead of preaching to the choir, to offer an alternative to getting the shots.

Wearing the mask in "health" institutions sends a message in silent protest and everyone knows what it means. I applaud the nurses who choose to wear masks and they also put themselves in the powerful position of answering questions from the public, who may be ignorant on the subject, that just might put a seed in their minds. The mask I linked is very much more comfortable to wear all day than the cheapo ones provided freely.

Perhaps next year coconutdream's sister and others who read this that work in institutions can make use if the info and my take on it. That's what I'm hoping.

Well, it's a little too late for that since she got the shot.

Honey, this is the equivalent of a scarlet letter or yellow star of David. Even if they "allow" them to wear it, everyone will think they have cooties.

I created a whole thread on the misc. forum about my bout with the flu on Christmas. It would have been nice to have gotten some responses on other people's experiences this year because I think there is something weird going on...

So now your going the patronizing "honey" route with me, too? I did not read your flu thread. I read your eye rolling thrashing out at posters Kk thread and I decided I could do without reading more vacuous paranoid snarkery. And now you want my email address? What a piece of work you are.

Aw...I was hoping you'd actually answer my POST. Maybe next time? You see, it's not good enough to go with the program. The Nazis are trying to make those who refuse vaxxes to be pariahs. You would have everyone just go along with it and I say NO!!!!

I would tell everyone, I do not believe in vaccines. I think they hurt people more than they help, I do not think they help at all. I think its like taking 30 vaccines, the flu shot. Plus who is selling the shots, to the doctors, you guessed it. The government. Good people are turning bad, and they are all just hurting each other for money.

So you need me to get a vaccine ( yearly) so the vaccinated people dont get the flu. Doesnt make sense. Its creating worst flus than ever. I hear they have nanotech bacteria which is @#$%& people up. In ten years they all dead.

I actually came here to start a post on this topic. This issue hits very close to home for me. This year I am grateful to wear the mask, because next year I won't have that option. Get the vaccine, or get fired. And I just can't imagine that after everything I've been through with my health, and having regained my health to a level never experienced, that I would sit down and let someone inject that into me. So after 12 years as a nurse I will have to walk away and find something else. To be honest when I first found out I was filled with joy because I know I am very comfortable in my job and without being pushed out, I might not every pursue my true passions. So it's still scary. But everything happens for a reason. I am curious..

What would you all do? Would you get the vaccine if it meant losing your job? I am pretty confident in what I will have to do next year (or I guess later this year) just wondering how other folks would handle this : )

I would never work in a field where it was mandatory to get a vaccine or flu shot in the first place, but if I was working somewhere and they made it mandatory after the fact... bye.

love the simplicity..yes thats how i feel..

i felt mocked by a co-worker last night..very nice person..she made her parents get the flu vaccine a couple days ago then called her mom and said "feel the thimersol running through your veins, how bout the mercury"..i felt kind of sick after hearing her re-cap this

i didn't know better when i started nursing school straight out of high school..but i was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis shortly after required vaccines and mercury fillings..so combine that with a less than optimal diet and i spent a lot of years getting very sick off and on..

so no thank you!!

Wait, so she told her mom to get the flu shot and then mocked her for getting it? Or was she joking with the mindset that mercury is something beneficial? Health is the true wealth and without health you'll be spending all your wealth on trying to regain your health anyways. You can always find another job (or work for yourself), but you might not be able to ever recover from potential permanent damage or even death from vaccines.

I'd talk to a lawyer to find out some loophole in the wording of these regulations which would allow for buying a vaccine but not technically receiving it into ones blood which could qualify as "having received the vaccine", at an off site facility, which could provide a valid certificate of having received the vaccine to employers.(Lawyers love finding loopholes so if the first one can't find one there other more qualified loop hole seekers out there so I'm sure you will be able to find a competent one.)

Then, after finding the proper legal wording to get this accomplished I would take it upon myself to provide this worthy small business service to all the smart people who don't want to get vaccinated. I would then commence to my new career where I would get paid to merely sign legally stamped "vaccine received" certificates and squirt all the paid for vaccine doses into toxic material recycling containers where they belong.

How would you like a new job like that? Not much of anything for a start up cost and you will be providing humanity a great service, IMO.

SueZ that is hilarious! and a good idea!

jt my co-worker was mocking the mindset that mercury causes harm..they think "i got it and i'm fine"..well 20 years and 20 more flut shots later, then see how you feel..people don't know true health and well-being..and thats ok..everyone is on their own journey, mine doesn't involve any more vaccines!!

how many vaccine shots total did you receive? just curious
cuz u mentioned vaccine, mercury and less than optimal diet
but just wondering if you got the vaccine when u were a baby
or as an adult

also, i'm really sorry to hear that you are going through this
its always nicer to have a choice in the matter

could you be one of those "traveling" nurses
where you are your own boss?
i don't know how that goes but i've heard of such things
maybe you could be a holistic nurse ( is there such a thing? i made that up but seems like there should be such a thing)

on a brighter side
looks like you are now seriously thinking of a new career
that really excites you

its important to focus on what empowers you
right now

take care

Well I know I get the 3 part hepatits series before nursing school..and some as a child..and a flu vaccine in 2004 before i knew better..that time i was sick for a couple months then ended up hospitalized and they never really knew the cause..i think i know now

flu vaccines for healthcare workers are the future, nationwide..some states already mandate it for all healthcare providers including michigan, new york, and i believe california..so even if you're independent, you still have to meet each hospitals requirements..

so i really need to get over my fears, and the universe is pushing me to pursue my true purpose..i am a yoga teacher so that can supplement a new career..maybe i will eventually be able to make a living as a yoga teacher..but i don't want to force it..

so i think trust in the lord and he will make straight my path : ) i woke up a few weeks ago with this phrase going over and over in my head..

i've always been taken care of, so i have no reason to think otherwise

that's cool that leaving the nursing field will enable you to pursue your true calling as a yoga instructor

its in the same field : healthcare ( if you see it that way)

minus the pharmaceuticals etc.

what were your symptoms? hope the after effects were not permanent... were they?

did you experience adverse effects from that as well?

from the Illinois Board of Education

"New Tdap Vaccine Requirement
Beginning next school year, Fall of 2013, all students entering, transferring, or advancing into 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades will be required to show proof of receipt of one dose of Tdap vaccine (containing tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis). Most students may have already received the vaccine and simply need to provide the school with verifying documentation from the family health care provider. Please refer to the letter from State Health Director Dr. LaMar Hasbrouck for more information. (Posted January 2013)"

I live in IL but I was under the assumption that this is not unusual for the public schools in America. Been happening for years. And I believe a parent can still use religious objection.

so easy, huh?

just use "religious objection"

Teachers are subject to tuberculosis "testing" too with potentially VERY harmful chemicals as well ( you can research it all yourself) regardless of the sheep proclaiming it is "harmless"

that's easy to get out of too on grounds of "religious objection"?

What if you don't belong to a religion that objecst to that?

So easy to "prove" a "lie"?

so then, i guess no problem
no one has anything to worry about ?

just use your religion ( even if you don't have one) and all is well?

la_veronique,
i am just now piecing togethor and connecting the flu vaccine i had in 2004 with a hospitalization a couple months later..but leading up to it i remember always having cold, clammy skin, abdominal pain, and the night i was hospitalized i left work with a heart rate of 120..so in the hospital they guessed all kinds of things..pancreatitis, gallbladder, they even offered to removed my gallbladder (ummm, no thank you!)..it was just weird, lots of vague symptoms

and with the hepatitis vaccines, it seems like i started noticing blood in my stool pretty soon after receiving the series, then was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, which always got worse once i started on the meds normally given for that, asacol and prednisone..my symptoms were always manageable til i started on pharmaceuticals, then would be out of control, and end up hospitalized

so i don't think there have been permanant effects..i do the best i can with my lifestyle and eating, i'm not all raw anymore, or even vegan, but happy with my life and feel good..i think it's more important to feel good and meditate more smiling smiley i feel healthier and more energetic and 34 than i did at 19..

when i was in my 20's and living a "SAD lifestyle" people guess my age or older, now at 34 i get late teens and early 20's! so i know i'm doing something right smiling smiley

Honey, are you serious?! Have you never read any posts by me about vaxxing? Look upthread.

The info you cited doesn't seem new. It's always been a requirement to get certain shots--I don't know if they have increased the number but this doesn't sound like a new policy is what I am saying.

I have had that TB test numerous times. They told me that it contained dead virus so who knows? I am leery of doing it in the future, given the situation we are facing.

I would lie to their faces in a heartbeat if I was faced with vaxxing my kids! Yes! That doesn't negate the utter effed-upness of the whole thing. But bitching on a board doesn't do much about it, now does it?

banana who

“Did you know that getting a TB skin test can be dangerous? Although it is not a vaccine, TB antigens are placed in a syringe and injected under the skin. It contains Tween 80 (polysorbate 80) as a stabilizer, phenol as a preservative. It may contain 1,4-diozane – a suspected carcinogen and a known liver and kidney toxicant. Phenol is a suspected liver, kidney, respiratory, cardiovascular and central nervous system toxicant. Many factors can influence the test results. Thus false negative and false positives are relatively common.”

r u saying that you have not been required to vaccinate them yet?

could u have gotten out of the Tb testing due to "religious grounds"? ( wondering)
vaccines injected on everyone now

kids, adults

the list goes on

now i really feel bad for animals
they don't get much say in all the stuff that gets injected into them
and they suffer the consequences all the same

Guess what - the dog vaccines don't have all the killer crap in them that vaccines for humans do! I found this out when I insisted that the vet show me everything he had in writing on them before I'd allow the dogs to get the shots. He delivered the info to me so I was able to read this for myself while he just sat back with a big grin on his face while I read. Then he said "We animal doctor are miles ahead on this issue over human doctors."
