Sunday:

2 pineapples

some seaweed soup (not much)
(wakame, dulse, lime juice, organic shiitake mushrooms, water, nutritional yeast, ground organic golden flax, ground unhulled organic sesame)

juices of:
1/2 lb. organic baby spinach, 1/2 lemon, knobb of ginger, 2 honeycrisp apples, 2 granny smith apples, 1 huge organic beet, 1/2 large bunch of organic celery

4 bottled kombucha teas

tea: hot water, fresh organic ginger, stevia

Monday
4 pineapples

A little seaweed soup (same recipe)

3 bottled kombucha teas

Today:
So far, 2 pineapples.
I'll probably have two more for lunch, and then have juice for dinner made from:
2.3 lbs. cucumbers
2/3 large bunch organic celery
organic ginger
lemon
honeycrisp apples (not sure how many I'll juice, maybe 2-3)
large organic beet

Nothing except water until noon; lots of water, close to 100 oz.
1/2 of a super sized watermelon about noon
about 2-3 pm: collards, spinach, celery, dates & apples (as much as I want, which is a alot)
evening 1/4 to 1/2 pineapple and a small amount of juiced greens
no spices, condiments or supplements

Note: I never get hungry in a traditional sense but do still sometimes experience cravings as a former binge eater & cooked food addict. I do not really care for celery, but eating it consistently manages by sodium levels and I do not crave salty foods. Dates fill me, warm me & satisfy my sweet tooth; I used to be chronically cold (wearing a hat when AC was on) before adding dates. Only issue with dates is that they are very expensive at the quantities I consume. Like some others on this thread I have been gluten intolerant for 29 years and I have no gluten symptoms with this way of eating. I have transitioned to raw over the last 3 years and am now completely raw.

I work as a Controller for a large business so this way of eating is socially awkward to say the least. That stated I still drag my raw food loot into work every day - nothing makes me feel (or look) more radiant.

Breakfast:

2 apples
2 bananas
1 orange
20 g flaxseeds
15 g sesame seeds

Lunch:

100 g Quinoa
25 g Mungbeans
75 g mix of dried and fresh tomatoes with a teaspoon olive oil
100 g lettuce
1 carrot
enzyme supplement

Afternoon:
100 g raisins
0,6 litre celery, cucumber, sweet pepper juice

Evening:
100 g Rye
100 g lettuce
10 g Wakame (wet weight)

The quantaties make 1700 cals, 15% fat, 15% protein, 70% carbs.

If I'm still hungry I eat more fruits and raisins. I have occasional emotionally linked setbacks were I eat cooked food.
