Date: November 28, 2006 04:55PM Nothing except water until noon; lots of water, close to 100 oz.
1/2 of a super sized watermelon about noon about 2-3 pm: collards, spinach, celery, dates & apples (as much as I want, which is a alot) evening 1/4 to 1/2 pineapple and a small amount of juiced greens no spices, condiments or supplements Note: I never get hungry in a traditional sense but do still sometimes experience cravings as a former binge eater & cooked food addict. I do not really care for celery, but eating it consistently manages by sodium levels and I do not crave salty foods. Dates fill me, warm me & satisfy my sweet tooth; I used to be chronically cold (wearing a hat when AC was on) before adding dates. Only issue with dates is that they are very expensive at the quantities I consume. Like some others on this thread I have been gluten intolerant for 29 years and I have no gluten symptoms with this way of eating. I have transitioned to raw over the last 3 years and am now completely raw. I work as a Controller for a large business so this way of eating is socially awkward to say the least. That stated I still drag my raw food loot into work every day - nothing makes me feel (or look) more radiant. Re: Would those of you who are lower-fat eating.....
