Sorry, I goofed up again. I meant to say I DO agree that people can't get everything they need from the 811 diet.

Just to clarify if people are curious of the truth.

PS: Kristina doesnt drive a beat up 1989 Ford Festiva LX. She got a brand new white Porsche Cayenne. Nothing wrong with buying a brand new Porsche. Id just not spec it with leather seats thats all.

PS: We still eat more daily fruit cals than anyone, just giving people some more dietary options over the years we have around 99% of raw fooders end back at Outback Steakhouse etc due to excessive dietary restrictions creating forced calorie restriction which just leads to lowering of ethics.

Our goal is a vegan society fueled by fruits. All animals are free and all fruits on the tree.

You live in Australia DR and get to holiday to exotic countries like Thailand often, your surrounded by an abundance of some of the worlds freshest raw fruits that you shouldn't be needing to eat cooked pizzas, bags of refined sugars, fries, pasta, processed cereals, junk food in essence.

You certainly never claimed raw was any problem in the past, you promoted the diet as simple and easy to follow. Everyone who went back to cooked foods was mocked and bashed as anorexic or a closet junk food pizza eater(irony ?).

Your choice to eat cooked food is either purely a personal one or the raw food diet has failed you.

Which is it or both ?

Temp, you said my diet was too extreme and now you say its not extreme enough? Which one is it? No matter what way we walk, it seems people like yourself will find fault with it. Thats fine. We walk our talk and do it transparently. Maybe you could start with having more of an online ID other than 'temp' and I might take your questions more seriously. Create a youtube channel, post your blood tests and athletic results. Ride the length of the USA on your bicycle on raw foods. I have.

You havent been to Australia have you?

You are right in Thailand being the best in the world for fruit lovers. I agree with you 1000%. Thing is that I just get TOO lean on fruit only so I eat some family sized vegan pizzas to keep a bit of bulk on. Sure you can load up on the fat but that just makes one feel sluggish during training.

Raw food diet is easy, just move to Thailand! When you start getting too lean, come join us at the vegan pizza bar for a few deep pan family sized vegan pizzas. Freelee orders 2 and I order 3. Ive seen her eat 3 though.

So yeah, fruit is still number one for us. The older we get, the more experience we have and with that comes greater responsibility to give people options so EVERYONE can thrive on this lifestyle.

"Thing is that I just get TOO lean on fruit only so I eat some family sized vegan pizzas to keep a bit of bulk on."

This in and of itself would be a problem. You're emaciated on your high-fruit diet so you counter that by eating vegan junk food? See it for what it truly is, which is that the fruitarian diet is a failure. We should be well-rounded with sprouts/grasses, algaes, sea veggies, fresh fruit, nuts, and seeds. Tons of fruit may put you on a massive sugar high which can give you energy to run or bike long distances, but that doesn't indicate it's healthy over the long-term.

In one of his pre Woodstock Fruit Festival fiasco videos Dan the Man said Tavis Bradley is the strongest bicycle rider he has seen and Tavis seems to have no trouble at all with consuming a lot of fat during training. Maybe you should request a Skype consultation with Tavis. I'm sure he could help you with a liver cleanse, etc., so you can digest fat properly.

I have had gall bladder problems for 20 years but now that I'm on the Conductivity Diet I have no problems even though I'm consuming an average of 60% lipids. A year ago I couldn't even eat one avocado without getting sick.

Remember D.R, it's not what nutrients are in the blood that ultimately matters, it is what you absorb that is paramount here. Blood testing in the public system only measure what is in the blood, not what one is absorbing, so most people get results that will be misleading. Always best to pay for private testing...always more expensive, but much more accurate.

If you were getting great results from absorption tests, that would really mean alot, and many would sit up and take notice. All the best with the high fruit diet old chap.

Do the pizzas make you feel sick? Do you have a big salad beforehand? Do the pizzas constipate you?

Have you considered things like steamed sprouted chickpeas, steamed potatoes/pumpkin as a cooked alternative to pizza? What about cooking some sprouted grains?

Your right i did say your 80/10/10 was extreme. And its great to see how open-minded you have become in the past 6 months towards food including cooked.

Despite that, it was only 6 months ago you were mocking and bashing anyone who reverted back to eating cooked food themselves.(failure in your words). It was 100% raw or nothing on your forum, infact even half of plant foods were banned to be spoken about.

Where was your open-mindedness about dietary extremity when you were banning all those cooked food eaters on your forum for failing 80/10/10 ? Maybe they just wanted a back up option too.

Im not surprised you get too lean on just fruit probably to the point of emaciation at times unless you start including cooked food again, i have been saying the exact same thing for years, that its very hard to get enough nutrition and sustenance on an all raw fruit based diet due to the volume of food needed. Yet when i ever said those things that your saying now, i was met with strong objection.

None the less im glad your finally waking up, i just wish you were abit more honest in the process about your diet. Tell these people the truth that strict 80/10/10 and fruit wasn't enough to maintain your weight like your now saying on here, you will gain legions of more respect from people to make up for all the un-necessary bashing that went on. Instead of still pretending like 100% raw 80/10/10 is a workable diet if one wanted too, your eating cooked food again because like you say all raw made you too thin.

On a different note, i see you say Doug Graham was paid $70k to appear at the WF. Insane amount of money, i have no idea why anybody pays that guy so much.

10k to fast on water lol, 70k to speak at a festival. Doug truly lives the rawkstar lifestyle for sure.

Also instead of fried pizzas and junk food as some kind of sustainable back up option, how about healthy cooked options like steamed vegetables, veggie soups etc ?

I dont agree with dr and his reason for pizza, but
he is right about one thing,
temp/powerlifter will criticize you no matter what you do.
100% raw? You are a liar.
95% raw? You are a hypocrite

the reason is he doesnt accept himself
cant accept others if you dont accept yourself

of course he will rationalize this too.

Haha yes im the liar and hypocrite who pretends to be strict raw like you are fresh of course.

You have no idea about anything do you fresh, i support DR's and freelea's income by regularly watching their videos for years now, so im entitled to my opinion on what i see.

If you think hes eating 95% raw even these days, then you need to watch more of his recent videos. Im sure he'd admit openly himself he's eating nowhere near 100-95% raw.

Now DR is coming out saying all the other raw gurus like Doug and Kristina are fake. I don't disagree with him, its nothing i haven't thought for a long time.

Admit it Fresh, Your a part time raw vegan who admits to eating cooked and animal foods for a "number of reasons", then wont tell us what these reasons are. What a joke, you're not even vegan, yet you have a problem with me for not being one these days. Keep pretending in your mind that your a strict vegan though.

I really dont know if you have a brain tumor or what.
not only have I just answered your question in another thread
once again re my diet
hence I am not pretending anything
I also answered your question about why I do what I do.

No wonder they call you powerliar, you just lied twice in this one post.
you are a desperate and pathetic for some unkniwn reason.
you are really scaring me now, I am concerned about your mental health.

Seriously, I think getting a private consultation from Tavis Bradley on Skype to start getting your liver and gall bladder back in good shape would do you a world of good.

Once your liver and gall bladder are functioning well enough to digest fats properly you won't be bogged down and sluggish by adding them to your diet. Tavis even puts coconut oil in his water to drink while he's riding without problems.

I really liked Harley's post and I do agree with what he says. IMO getting too lean on an all fruit diet is possible if you are a very active person like him and Freelee. I am not that active (I take long walks when the weather allows and I just recently started going to medical gym), I have a raw vegan diet with mostly sweet fruits and I don't get too lean. In fact, my weight is maintaining and I feel great.

A few of us did a ride with ATM back in 2011. There was 4 of us and ATM just put his head phones in after a few miles and said 'Im gonna listen to some music' and rode 200 yards in front of us. Then he tried to up the pace a bit on the way back to me and another fit cyclist just dropped ATM's ass. I would ride back to him and say 'you ok man? we can slow down a bit for you if you want..' and ATM would be like 'Oh Im good, just warming up..'.

ATM was so slow in the end we all decided to get a train back the last few miles. I was pretty surprised cos he claimed he had just cycled across the USA and had 2 weeks recovery. His hemoglobin should have been pinging and he should have been in crazy form but was really out of shape for someone so lean that claimed to be doing so much training. I was riding with a power meter so can objectively say ATM doesnt have much fitness. Freelee would drop him on a bike for sure.

Thats not a hate or anything, just a physical observation from me as a cyclist who trains with power and trains with pro riders. ATM didnt enjoy getting his ass kicked that day but we did it multiple times in a passive aggressive way he enjoys.

# Why not just eat steamed veggies to get calories?

Cos steamed veggies have hardly any calories.

# I don't find I get too lean on a fruit diet, although I don't do much sport.

Being sedentary is not healthy. Sure a fruit diet is best for sedentary people but eating healthy and living unhealthy aint a good plan. Lets eat AND live healthfully.
We are what we eat, do, drink and think.

# You should get a consult with Tavis Bradley
I don't give money to snake oil sellers. No athlete on the planet performs well with excess blood fats inhibiting oxygen transfer to the cells. Tavis isnt even on Strava. Any cyclist claiming to have some decent fitness but has no power files to share via strava is blowing smoke. If people are going to make claims, its only fair they back it up with some evidence. We do.

Tavis's face looks round and high in inflammation. He looks very tense, rigid and uncomfortable in his videos. He looks like a guy I was in lock up with lol! I wish I had a photo!

Wrong answer, weasel. I did not say Tavis made claims about himself. I did not say Dan made claims about himself. What I said was Dan said Tavis is the strongest bike rider he's seen.

What does "lost in the sauce" mean? Drunk? I don't drink alcohol.

I 'fess up to the other accusations. Because I have been honest about it. Not trying to steer others away from either raw or vegan, though.

Are you honest enough to "fess up" to being a Nazi sympathizer who thinks hitler was one of the good guys like your fellow brown shirt jr does who considers anyone who thinks differently, as how he calls it on a thread here, "scum"?

Do you "fess up" to being so paranoid of anything or anyone new, (besides even the raw food diet this site is supposed to be about), that you must scurry to try to find a former member you didn't like so you can pretend they are the same person so you can be justified in hating them, too, like your fellow brown clan member jr does ?

<<<hitler was one of the good guys>>>

Yes SueZ, Hitler was one of the Good Guys!!!

10 Reasons why Hitler was one of the Good Guys…

In fact, Hitler saved the World [www.rawfoodsupport.com] and remember, Hitler wanted to make Germany a Vegetarian Nation after the war and I firmly believe that if Hitler had NOT been attacked by the Rulers of the World that most of us would have been raised as Raw Vegans!!!

<<<anyone who thinks differently, as how he calls it on a thread here, "scum">>>

What an IGNORANT comment to make!!!

I realize that most people think like I used to think only a short while ago because ALL OF US have been BRAINWASHED so that we would associate Debt-Free Currency with MASS MURDER, which is why the Rulers of the World have DEMONIZED HITLER!!!

Hitler and Japan [www.rawfoodsupport.com] PROVED to the world how to Free ourselves with Debt-Free Currency!!!

The only SCUM are the Internet Shills who Attack those of us who have FOUND the TRUTH about Raw Food and Debt-Free Currency and are trying to Wake Up the Masses!!!

Once again, I firmly believe that if Hitler had NOT been attacked by the Rulers of the World that most of us would have been raised as Raw Vegans!!!

By the way, thanks SueZ for giving me the opportunity to, once again, remind everyone that Hitler was one of the Good Guys!!!
