Where can we buy John Rose's book?
Posted by: HH ()
Date: March 26, 2014 05:54PM

In this video from 2010, Rose talks about his book that's about to come out. I looked for it on the internet but can't find it. Would love to read it. Please show me the way.[www.youtube.com]

I guess no one but me is interested in reading this enlightened tome? I wonder if he ever came up with a title? How about..."HITLER WAS A RAW VEGAN SAINT AND HOMOS ARE DISGUSTING YOU PSYCHOPATHIC INTERNET SHILL!!!"

Oh that book "How to loose the color from your hair, attain dark circles under sunken eyes, and get deeply etched facial wrinkles while still in you 50's!" sold out long ago didn't it?

LOSE.

LOOSE means things that are not tight enough.

Most Caucasian hclf eaters I've seen in photos and videos on the web in their 50's or 60's have that look. I've never seen one in person. If hclf diets really works why are people over 40 who are on it looking older than their years? If there are one or two out there who look younger than their age and look healthy where are they hiding?

Looks are subjective, true health is what's important. If someone is into eating healthy for the looks, they'll eventually be disappointed.

Okay but you said, and I quote..."all foods other than high water content fresh foods are likely to cause to cause skin wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness
due elimination problems. except for those who are overweight which will smooth out wrinkles."

You then go on to say that the above symptoms are caused by: "high fat, COOKED, dried foods, nuts/seeds, etc"

Nice try, fresh, but how dispassionate can one get when they say they haven't seen ANY Caucasian hclf people in their 50's and 60's who look younger than their age and have a look that appears glowingly healthy?

Might want to look in your own mirror before you start pointing out others critical observations and ascribing causes to them.

I have very good reasons for not posting my picture , including posts like this.

but I will tell you I do not suffer from any of those things you mentioned above
and am very happy about my health especially my skin.

(I know its my mental health that is the problem according to you.)

no glycation detected!
. I checked with my 4000 dollar glycation meter
too bad I couldnt afford the 10000 dollar model that I am sure you would require.
(Ok theres no such thing as a glycation meter for those who might ask)

;-)

Steve "Sproutman" Meyerowitz, who is in his 70's. Matt Monarch is almost 40 and looks good. Give us some examples (+ pictures) of people on different raw diet's who have this "healthy glow" in their 50's and 60's.

I'm not asking anyone to show pictures of themselves. I'm just wondering why there are none of old Caucasian hclf vegan dieters on the vegan sites or in videos, that I've seen, who don't look older than their years. If they exist why don't the gurus of that version of vegan diet seek them out and show them to us? That they don't is a good reason to suspect they might not exist in their worlds - and maybe ours.

There are and again this is completely subjective. The fact that you always bring this up shows that you are insecure about the way YOU look and attempt to make yourself feel better by "insulting" others. You keep claiming there are no hclf vegans who look younger than their age, well, why don't you post some pictures of raw vegans who DO look younger than their age. You always criticize the looks of others but never give any examples of someone who does look good, or post what YOU look like. I have a feeling I know why...

FYI - hclf diet means high carb low fat diet and 50's and 60's does not = 30's.

1 . I was preempting your response by saying why I dont post pic,
so I know that you were not asking....yet

2. Robert lockhart looks fine to me.
is annette larkins hclf?
how would you know?

3. I have zero interest in finding enough older hclf people to satisfy you

if u think they dont look good, fine. Dont eat that way.
oh wait, youre already doing that.

Have fun

I did not look at you link but I have no photos you will find to connect to me on the web.

If you want to call those "smile lines" instead of what most people know of as wrinkles go right ahead. Most people think they look younger than they do so why should you be any different.

Wrong again. I have, and never had, any thought or interest in asking anything of the sort. You are projecting.

Who is that?

I don't know and never said I did. Is that the black lady from Fl?

So what? I was talking about gurus of hclf not anonymous followers who might have such an interest.

I was eating that way until my triglycerides went through the roof, I became prediabetic, and it wrecked my skin. I said bye bye to low fat after that and now am doing much better on lchf.

Sorry that I cant share your blaming of hclf.

Most people who fail make simple and obvious errors but we've been down that road and theres no interest on your part in being candid about it and rehashing, so there it is.

There's no point in even discussing looks with SueZ anymore, she's clearly insecure about the way she looks and is jealous of people her age or older who look far better so she talks about how old other people look. She won't post a picture of how she looks, though. Or give any examples of people who in her opinion look better at those ages. All talk. The other day I went shopping and talk is still cheap.

Lord, you are full of BS and blind as a bat with broken radar. If the HHI guy looks good to you go for that look. Nobody, least of a me, could care less.
