Oil and seed.
Oil and seed.
Oil and seed.

Why the oil when you already have the seed. The seed has oil.

Why juice when you could eat a few bushels of greens salad?

Good answer.
One could live on juice alone but not on oil alone.
Oil is not a food.

Suez, where do you buy the oils? Are they raw? Is there such a thing as raw oils?

Mostly from Vitacost for the cost and free shipping. I mostly buy Middle Earth brand olive oil. Most of the rest are Flora brand.

Are they raw?

Tavis and the companies say they are. I don't know. I know they are different than the oils I had previously and that they are not rancid.

Is

Not anything you can get to at home. The equipment used to keep the temperatures that low, without using solvents, is extremely expensive and/or massive and heavy.

This is the only coconut oil I use. I think it's the same stuff from the same plantation that the Health Ranger sells, (with a different label). for about $10 bucks more a bucket.

Panchito, are you aware that he was hit on a freeway by a car going full speed and went through that car's windshield head first? Shame on you.

"Why juice when you could eat a few bushels of greens salad?"

Because you get the nutrition of pounds of veggies or sprouts in a single juice in pre-digested form. Oil is 100% fat, juice contains a wide array of nutrients.

Opps, The big bucket of Earthshift coconut oil I linked is sold out now but they still have the jars in stock...

And, while I'm at it, here is the 8% hydrogen peroxide I use for sprouting that Panchito was inquiring about in another thread.

looks like a wrinkle to me (not a scar as you suggest). Dr Graham had a very bad health before he went raw and now you acused him of looking bad. Shame on you! I don't see why your leader image gets a free pass to criticism, while Dr Graham looks gets bashed.

Why don't you start another of your trademark stir the @#$%& threads about how mistreated hclf vegans are by those, like me, who's health has suffered from going on that diet?

In this thread I've answered questions directed at me about the diet I'm on that has corrected those problems for me.

Well for the H2O2 concentration I use, 8%, 1 t. to 1 cup of water is fine for both the soaking and for rinsing for me. I don't know about what would be the right amount for people who grow their sprouts outdoors or in humid unairconditioned rooms though. For rinsing it's handy to put the mixture in a small labeled spray bottle.

I can't remember the details but I do remember reading in one of Gabriel Cousens' books that he uses H2O2 at his place for sprouting seeds.

One oil I do not consume, which I recently heard a raw food guy on YouTube recommending, is MCT oil. MCT oil has palm kernel oil in it which is a major threat to Orangutan's habitat and threatens their existence.

Please take care to avoid anything with palm oil in it. Thanks.
