Is bracken ok to eat raw?

it tasted alright i get a kick when i can eat something wild foraging its a good feeling yeah and ive eaten those yellow mustard flower things ( is that what u call em?) very mustard - ly ( not my favorite but was happy i could eat something outdoors without putting it through a rubber conveyor belt every single time lol i'm interested in wild edibles too oh yeah, and the lowly dandelion "weed" that is pretty superior in every way its a good friend of mine ... should start a thread with pics on wild edibles Re: Is bracken ok to eat raw?

Date: June 09, 2014 01:35AM Young shoots (all rolled up) can be eaten (and I sometimes see them for sale at Whole Food or farmers markets).
