How time flies: 9 years raw

Date: June 08, 2014 05:11PM Hi,
Just my yearly check in to let you know I'm still 100% with not side effects. Still the only suppliment I take is B12, this is preventive since I've experienced B12 defiency, and the consequences of B12 defiency (according to friends with B12 defiency) far out way the taking of a suppliment (which I'm not even sure it it works...). My two kids (3 and 1) are doing very well. Although not raw or vegan, the love eating raw vegan and share lots of food with daddy. Being a Daddy and working a lot, and having a long commute leaves little time for exercise, so I've packed on a little weight. Working on trying to make time to exercise again. Other than that, every thing is pretty much the same as previous years. Salads and smooths make up most of my diet. I like nuts a lot and cashews are probably the source of most of my weight again (30lbs or so). Hope you are all doing well!! Ian Re: How time flies: 9 years raw

no time for exercise, huh? but i bet the little ones make you run around every which way though lol i think cashews are all steamed to high temperatures so maybe they are not raw? do you soak all the nuts? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
