I'm trying to lose some lbs....has anyone had issues with not being able to lose weight when eating dates? .......I'm slightly brainwashed into thinking sugary fruits inhibit weight loss Thanks! Re: Dates & weight

Date: July 11, 2014 02:44PM I just wrote my date guy, Yes, my date guy. He said this year in CA there was a bad season for dates, and until September to be warned about this, the condition of dates out there now.
