I haven't been following any news of late and didn't know anything of the law suit, so thanks for posting that. It's true, Australia is a very controlled country not far from a total dictatorship now, and expressing your views can land you in trouble because our legal system doesn't protect the citizen very well like with the U.S it seems. People are easily silenced under the law here and constitutional rights are ignored because the constitution is taught in our schools and universities as being irrelevant (we have been dumbed down). They don't teach the real constitution in our schools, they teach a corporate version that excludes many of the main sections of the original so we don't know our rights. The real constitution stopped being taught in 1975,and if you insist on your constitutional rights you can be thrown in jail like this man in the link. Oh yes my friends, the courts are in on the scam too, they are the main culprits. A very corrupted system hijacked by large business interests....commercialisation of the law.

Jeff makes good comments about the poorly educated diet ideas from this fitness guru. It is a great concern when kids learn a little bit of information and then trade their services as a guru.

Yes, it is behaviour exercised by people acting in a common fashion. Lots of people choose to exercise dime-a-dozen types of behaviour that doesn't give out a good vibration, and unfortunately people look up to gurus who exercise this behaviour because they don't have high standards themselves. It's a case of the blind leading the blind, and it saddens me to see this.

Cheap and common behaviour is ubiquitous in this society. We have really lost our way as people.

Yeah, it's mostly a waste of time to follow these people but for me the payoff in this one was to see Harley, who no one ever stands up to adequately, made to stop the deceiving by a little 20 year old girl's knock out punch.

Agree - I thought it was just me who has absolutely no interest in these people and their dramas, who could care less about DR and Freelee and whatever all this gossip is about. Yes, the raw food community is full of gossip. I think it is because the community is like one big raw family, and as a result people get caught up in nonsense. I never cease to be amazed at the youtube comments and followings these stories get, it's like people don't have better things to do because people's identity sadly seems to be focussed mainly on being raw vegans. For me, being vegan and raw isn't even part of my identity, it is just food to me, and l am so much more than what l eat. Frankly, food bores me, and l only bother with the raw scene because l want to help other people....that's why l am inspired to research and write a book...if it wasn't for wanting to help others l wouldn't even be bothered being involved online with the raw scene. All l want to do is meditate, and l shall meditate and read spiritual texts all day and night like l have been doing all weekend, because that is what l LOVE far more than anything else.

First of all, this is NOT a case about free speech regardless of what these two would have their followers and you believe. Secondly there is a very good possibility (if they have broken the terms of the settlement with this new wave of their removed videos reappearing on youtube) - that they will be in much deeper doo-doo than ever soon.

It's no wonder D.R keeps on getting lawsuits. He creates drama and gets youtube views, but it lands him in the doo doo. Sure the drama wakes up naive people by letting them see that raw leaders are far from perfect, but it also has a down side. Do people seriously want to spend their lives focussing on such things for the purpose of views....isn't there more to life than that?

The raw vegan movement is like a circus, soooo many characters, no wonder people follow the scene so closely, it's just like a big soap opera on steriods. I am laughing here.

I guess I underestimated your abilities to misunderstand. IMO, at least, jeff vegsource doesn't much resemble durianrider's style - except vaguely in the compelling gestural people pleaser salesman kind of way. To me he looks more like a go along to get along kind of a metro groomed type guy who just happens to be clueless and not too bright. Anyway it was the situation which is the point of the video, not people's looks, after all. But you can be as superficial as you please in your assessment. I'm just posting what I find interesting in the unfolding story.

the "Dad" comment in the video title was the guy you think is DR's dad, Rodney, who is referring to Jeff Nelson, as his "dad", coming to DR's rescue, but neither he, nor Jeff is not really DR's dad. get it?

I have to say I thought it was pretty damn clear. Maybe NuNative is right about too much meditation not being good for TSM's mind.

I am not really on the ball here for the last 2 weeks, l have had many things on my mind, so l am not really focussed here right now. I will admit, l don't know what's going on here of late, l am almost completely confused and can't comprehend much of anything because my mind is in other places and dimensions. None-the-less, my mind is super focussed on other things at the moment and is sharper than ever, just not here at the moment, and my mind is not fully in this world right now.

And yes, it is the meditation. If l settled down to read things properly l would be o.k, but i've been on a different wavelength that hasn't allowed me to settle down to normal Earthly goings on.

Even the Brian Clement thread makes no sense to me at the moment. Actually, nothing l read here of late makes sense...nothing is registering with me at all. I have little clue what anyone is talking about.

In time l will get re-focussed, but in the time being l need to largely live in other dimensions because certain things need to be done.

Get smart. Do some REAL homework so you will know what you are talking about. Kayla's lawyers did.

i just watched freelee's video critiquing kayla's program.

it was an opinion piece.

there was nothing defamatory about it.

you might not agree or like the video, but it's not defamatory.
