A normal diet is made up of about 30 percent fat and students in this study had diets that were about 55 percent fat.
Any study done on fat that doesn't take into consideration the difference between raw plant fats and cooked/processed/animal fats, O3:O6 ratios, and other dietary habits provides insufficient and misleading information. This study is the equivalent to studying high sugar diets and giving the test subjects donuts, Coca-Cola, pancakes loaded with syrup, etc., and blaming the effects on all forms of sugar.
