Date: May 31, 2007 06:54PM Hi,
Could anyone tell me when zucchinis, cucumbers, tomatoes are ripe? Should you put them in a paper bag to ripen? Should I treat them as if they are bananas and papayas? How about other fruits and vegetables that need to be ripened? Are there any other? Navid Re: ripeness of fruits of vegetables

I've been avoiding the bend-ey ones all my life. I guess I've never had a really ripe zucchini! well blow me down! Maybe that's why they've never been one of my favorites. khale Re: ripeness of fruits of vegetables

Date: June 02, 2007 03:46AM Yeah, I only realized this by accident one month ago because organic zucchini was on sale and there were only really ripe ones available; I could never go back to eating the stiff, starchy ones now! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
