maca and refridgeration

i just bought a jar of maca. should i put it in the fridge after opening or is the pantry ok? stuff is expensive ..... at whole foods anyways. then again all of whole foods is a rip off which is why i usually don`t shop there.

I keep mine in the fridge for good measure. Usually supplement powders are best kept in a cool, dry location... it should say right on the bottle! smiling smiley

it kind of tastes like savoury malt. I add it to smoothies sometimes. It tastes nice mixed with cacao, agave and nut milk.

Once I tried eating it straight from a spoon though. YUCCCCCK!!!
