Date: August 19, 2007 12:39AM I wasn't being facetious... we don't chew our food well enough, but if she has a hard time with that, maybe she should soak and blend them and 'chew' them before swallowing. I don't notice them 'afterward'. Re: goji berries and digestion

Date: August 19, 2007 08:35AM i have noticed the same thing with gojis. they are difficult for me to chew because they get stuck on the occlusal (chewing surface) of my molars. and then i just end up brushing them out.
however, i have started putting them in my dandelion or green tea. i drink my tea and when i am finished i eat the gojis. they are easy to chew and they release some of their superfood power into my tea as well!!! hope this helps Re: goji berries and digestion

Date: August 19, 2007 02:30PM I soak mine and put them into a smoothie, with the "soaking" juice and all. After soaking and then in the blender, the break up. Re: goji berries and digestion
