I think if YOU assess and determine that your lifestyle, diet, and digestive system are very healthy and free of deposits.....then supplements may actually make you ill! Ha! ha! While transitioning though, a person may indeed wish to take them. My experience is that I stopped taking them about 7 years ago - and I'm the healthiest guy I know!

I take some supplements (MSM, Beyond Greens, Udo's Choice 3-6-9), and I won't be giving them up anytime soon!

I don't. If you are feeling good without eating supplements, then you don't need them. If you are NOT feeling good without supplements, perhaps first you ought to look at your food choices before considering supplements.

I take two: B12 and D2, same as when I was a cooked vegan. B12 weekly and D2 daily.

I saw this raw film, and David Wolfe was in it, and he said that some people transitioning their diet might need to take a whole-foods supplement in cases like iron etc...

I'm not saying I agree, I just thought it was pertient to mention that the term: transitional was used...not: 'for life as a result of poor raw choices' like people seem to stigmatize him for.
