Date: June 10, 2006 03:20PM More changes....I'm really happy with these changes because this is the point where I would be getting smaller than I would like....but instead I'm maintaining and surpassing a look that pleases me also my abs don't really show up very well in these photo's but they are getting more cut.

I'm coming extremely close to getting my Tyson Beckford/Bowflex body [www.art.com] This has been a long time dream even when I was on cooked food. Date: June 13, 2006 03:14PM I'm feeling stronger more compact and stable, I've also lost 10lbs in the last 2-3 days I've retained my muscle but got rid of water and the fat I had around my gut.

Did real good today...I'm turning up the intensity daial and intend to reach new hieghts before this is done!!! I've incorpatated clap push ups into my routine and the goal is to do 100+ each set by the end of the 90 days...I do as many clapping press ups as I can then when I can't do any more I carry on with the regular push ups until I can't do any more of those. Clap Push ups, 40/60-30/70-30/70 reps Chin-ups, 26-20-20 reps Upside-down Shoulder Press, 15-13-10 reps Bench Dips, 60-60-60 reps crunches, 239-122-100 reps (temporary) Tried Squat thrusts but they weren't right for me but it doesn't feel right leaving my legs out so I'm gonna try burpees..I need one exercise that will do my abs and legs....
