Date: November 10, 2007 12:44PM

Hi guys,

Well at last ...I've made my own series of introductions to Fruitarianism and primal fitness videos, I plan to get a full length DVD, book, etc later on down the line.

Check them out here:

Information from videos posted are all based on personal experience and should not be taken as medical advice!

Thanks for putting all of that together. It was great hearing you address especially the issues of emotional attachment and "addiction" to the tastes of cooked food; so far in my newbie-ness the only people I've seen address this comprehensively are you and Victoria Boutenko ("12 Steps To Raw"winking smiley...

I'm also grateful for the emphasis (here and in other posts) on talking abut the whole detox process, both mental and physical; I think that's a topic not talked about enough. More people would succeed on their raw journey if they knew what was in store and so be prepared for it to some extent...it's helped me tremendously.

I think that many people get too hung up on labels sometimes when it comes to the whole Fruitarian / Raw Vegan / Raw Foodist thing...it turns them off or throws them for a loop...what really matters isn't what someone wants to label you (even you yourself), but that you are eating in a way that honors your body and your spirit... just my observation.

Thanks for all your efforts in educating and supporting all those who want to fully live the raw life!

You hit the nail right on the head...we all want the same thing at the end of the day only some of us have to go different ways to get it!

I even had a fruitarian guy dis-own me for saying fruitarians were the same as strict raw vegans....it's crazy!

I agree. They are really inspiring. I am going thru a very crucial change right now, and these videos are so amazingly perfect. I am switching from raw foods to fruitarianism. I have not been eating any raw gourmet food lately, but I have in the past. I am on a water fast right now with a salt water flush. I am learning to eat more instinctively. I am exercising, jogging, hula hooping, dancing, spinning poi, doing yoga. During work and in between classes I am trying to excersize by just walking faster and staying pumped! I have already seen a greater improvement in my emotions and over all well being. I LOVE FRUIT!! It is so easy and fun. Thanks Again, Richard. It's just that simple and rewarding...
