Master Cleanse - Flu like symptoms normal?

Date: December 31, 2007 09:37PM Hey y'all!
SO, last night I drank a cup of the lemonade fast and the next morning,I started feeling pretty crappy! (Fever, aches, headaches, nauesa and lots of bowelmovement!) I feel like I did when I had food poisoning minus the vomitting! What is going on and is this normal? Could this have anything to do with being a smoker? I have lost my appetite to eat and smoke!? I'm not sure if this is normal after just one cup, because it's basically just spicy lemonaide. I did the Master Cleanse in May for 21 days (shortly after that I want raw). After the third day I did feel some flu like symptoms for a few days as my body detoxed, but it was more fever/aches/headaches and congestion...not so much nausea. I'm not sure what would be causing this...maybe it is really just the flu as i don't think that just one cup would evoke such a severe cleansing response. Date: January 01, 2008 03:12PM Thanks alot you guys! I joined the MC forum and they said that in rare cases, people who have alot of toxins experience this. It was one hellava day, but I feel better already! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
