too hot enema, damage?

hi
i did an enema, way to hot, did i do permanent damage or am i ok?
had a bm and no pain, it was fine.
help!

Opinion: Permanent damage? I'm sure you did not. If you are VERY concerned, you can always see your health professional. Those guys are great mechanics....and not as good life/health planners! Next time keep the water lukewarm!

no, bentonite is a clay that absorbs all kinds of stuff in your digestive tract. Probiotics are the beneficial bacteria (sometimes called intestinal flora) that grow in our intestines. you should be able to find some at any health food store. You can search the forum archives for probiotics and probably find lots of information too.
