Maybe take some pro-biotics to repopulate the beneficial bacteria. Aloha, Greg Re: too hot enema, damage?

Date: January 02, 2008 08:16PM no, bentonite is a clay that absorbs all kinds of stuff in your digestive tract. Probiotics are the beneficial bacteria (sometimes called intestinal flora) that grow in our intestines. you should be able to find some at any health food store. You can search the forum archives for probiotics and probably find lots of information too.
good luck and Aloha, Greg Re: too hot enema, damage?
