Does Anyone Have a NatureMill Pro?

Date: March 26, 2008 09:53PM You don't need and electric powered machine to make compost. Especially if you have a large garden you can have a standard compost bin, no electricity required.

You can compost meat, fish, dairy in a fermenting (anaerobic) compost system like a "bokashi". I've never seen a NatureMill before but I could see its advantages if I ran a restaurant and needed to process massive amounts of kitchen scraps. My garden space is small and usually intensely planted with perennial herbs. The only limitation with my bokashi is finding available space to "plant" its results for its final processing.
