Date: April 25, 2008 01:41AM Yeah, these things are hardly ever as great as the PR spin would make them out to be.
I remember a HUGE fuss about GM tomatoes (FlavrSavr), but they went bust. And Lundberg experimented with some high protein varieties of rices, but their yields were much lower than normal.
