Date: January 18, 2012 08:45PM I've read that green apple is as stimulating as coffee. Not in a jittery way, only in a wake up body and mind fashion.
I'd try that with ginger and mint personally. Re: Please suggest your juice blend for substitute for coffee or tea

Date: January 19, 2012 02:55AM Life is my substitute for coffee, what a rush it is! I don't think any juice can substitute for coffee but there is a coffee substitute that you can buy that is very good and not bad for you health I will look for the name, someone else might know in the mean time. There are different flavors and it is very alkalizing, high quality stuff. Re: Please suggest your juice blend for substitute for coffee or tea

Hibiscus tea, no caffeine. Full of iron though. Though it's non-heme. 2 to 4 cups as a limit. Alternate between hibiscus and white tea or green tea cold steeped. I'm on decaff now because I'm a head case. lol just to lower anxiety. paul Re: Please suggest your juice blend for substitute for coffee or tea

Date: January 19, 2012 11:58PM Paul, how is white tea, in terms of taste? I drink black tea. I do have hibiscus and didn't know it was full of iron. I do know it's got lots of vitamin C! Re: Please suggest your juice blend for substitute for coffee or tea
