Date: June 22, 2008 06:08PM Hello there,
goneraw.com has an excellent collection of recipies posted by people daily. This is one I found there [goneraw.com]. It's basically spiralized daikon with a topping. I've been using my own combo of tahini, nama shoyu, and a little agave. Hope this helps! Jen Re: what can I make with (raw/unfermented) daikon root?

I make noodles with it, along with cucumber noodles, then i add lemon juice, pepper and cilantro...very good! Re: what can I make with (raw/unfermented) daikon root?
