It depends what you like: Fast and simple? Gourmet? Dehydrated or fresh? Etc... I have so many different raw cook books and they are all so different from each other! Sunflower Raw Food Chef and Writer Comfortably Raw [www.comfortablyraw.com] Re: what's your favorite raw foods un-cook book?

I like HOOKED ON RAW by RHIO Very comfortable reading, Big fat book with over 300 pages covering loads of topics in the raw food world. Lots of interesting info. I'm about 80% raw almost two years now. I lost 40 lbs and feel great! Sivia Re: what's your favorite raw foods un-cook book?

Date: January 17, 2009 06:22AM I am new to this, but one that I found helpful was "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose. Lots of great info and tons of recipes ranging from really easy to more gourmet.

Date: January 18, 2009 03:14PM I love Jeremy A. Safron's book, "The Raw Truth"--great sprouting info, loads of blended drink recipes, and the best part is the exhaustive catalog of raw plant foods; divided by botanical categories, at the front of the book. Never ask "what IS that?" at the ethnic produce market again! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
