Daily Menu Suggestions

I am looking for some simple, daily menu suggestions. I have had a problem with buying too much and food spoilage. I've tried my dehydrator a few times but the food always tastes fermented. I'm okay with breakfast and lunch...mostly need some easy dinner suggestions.

whenever you think something is heading towards spoilage ..toss in the freezer

its still raw

you can throw it in the blender for a smoothie .. fruits veggies ..whatever

dont waste smiling smiley

What you had for lunch is good for dinner I've found. My son is home now, so I'm going to get him preparing daily salads for us.

This should be the easiest diet in the world for us..easy to shop for, easy to prepare, easy to eat. I wonder what makes some of us (me, me and me againsmiling smiley make it so difficult..that's the big question!

Breakfasts

I usually have a fruit bowl and/or smoothie, some wheatgrass.

Lunches / Dinners

Giant funky salads- shredded lettuce, carrot, beetroot, chunks of tomato, sundried tomato, slices of different coloured peppers, pomegranate seeds, nuts, seeds and a dressing, or topped with houmous.

Lettuce wraps- mixed veg and houmous or tahini rolled up in lettuce leaves.

Courgetti and marinara sauce (super easy to make)

Raw pepper stuffed with other veggies, nuts and seeds.

Fruit or veg soup, with a side dish of sliced crunchy veg and a raw pate.
