Low or Non-fat raw "cook"books

Date: September 20, 2007 11:17PM I want to buy (my first!) all raw "cook"book... however I am weary about how most of the raw cookbooks I have seen are usually heavy on nuts and other fats for the recipes. Some can also be pretty complex.
I like simple spreads, dips, soups, tosses, and mixes to have instead of plain salads or things like that. I want to be eating very low fat, and want recipes I can use daily that contain ONLY veges and fruit or as close as you can get. Simple, low or non-fat recipes is what I need. Any suggestions appreciated! =) Re: Low or Non-fat raw "cook"books
