Date: November 20, 2007 10:54AM I hope you like these two recipes as much as you liked the Asparo Gusto Soup and the Green Raw Soup:
Brocco Creamy Soup 2 cups Vegetable stock 2 Red or Yellow Onions, chopped 1 Avocado 3 – 4 cups Broccoli, chopped 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped 1 – 2 stalks of Celery cut in large pieces Bragg’s Liquid Aminos to taste Ginger and Cumin to taste Warm 2 cups stock, keeping the temperature at or below 118º (finger test). Add the chopped broccoli and warm for 5 minutes. Puree the warmed broccoli, bell pepper, onion, avocado, and celery, thinning with additional water if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Save the broccoli stalks, peeling off the tough outer skin; process them in a food processor to small chunks and add them to the soup just before serving to add crunch! Date: December 11, 2007 03:57AM la veronique, did you try this shake?
Raw Power Green Shake This is by far my favourite cool green shake, and I’ve enjoyed it for breakfast, lunch and dinner – or anytime for a a snack. It’s a great way to get concentrated nutrition and chlorophyll, the cucumber and lime cool the body, and the essential fats in the avocado make this shake one that you can burn on for many hours. 1 Avocado ½ Cucumber 1 Tomatillo 1 Lime (peeled) 2 Cups fresh spinach 2 Scoops soy sprouts powder (if available) 1 Scoop greens powder (if available) 1 pkg Stevia (sweet leaf with fiber) 6-8 ice cubes Alkaline Food / Green Food Chart With pH Scale Re: 2 more GREAT raw soups!

How do you think it would be to use nut milk or coco water instead of veggie stock? Re: 2 more GREAT raw soups!

Date: December 14, 2007 12:00PM hi alkarian!
i've had the first five ingredients and i blended it with tomatoes i also got some scissors and cut some seaweed nori on top in little confetti like toss instead of a smoothie i kind of turned it into a soup LOL it is festive ! i'm glad u liked the dandelion/spinach i really dig the deep rich chlorophylls ( I am am absolute THIEF! when it comes to chlorophyll I GOTTA have it!! LOL so when i do deep dark greens i find that i get a very nice grounded vibration and like your namesake it is sooo alkaline ! oh..i'm always confused about alkaline/acid nature of tomatoes but the greens make up for it (hee heee) Re: 2 more GREAT raw soups!
