Date: August 24, 2007 07:16PM sorry no recent pics as the camera i had last year had a boating accident lol and i havent been able to get another as of yet
this was me around 2001/2002 right around when i found out i had cancer .. very sick and puffy 
and this is me hiking in feb 2006 about 75% raw by this time sorry its dark not much i can do about it lol (and no im not peeing behind the tree lol)

Thanks! I've been raw since about 1982, except for a brief period in the '90s when I tried the Paleo diet. Most of the time I stick with 80/10/10 and it seems to work really well. I also fast once in awhile. Sharrhan:
