Re: What do you think of "calorie restriction"?

My answer is probably way too simplistic, so please forgive me in advance!

I think that if we listen to our bodies and eat when we are hungry, eat slowly, and stop eating when we are no longer hungry, that would be the perfect amount of food to eat. Problem is that many of us (me included at times) eat for other reasons. I'm so excited to have started eating raw though. Its only been 4 days and I'm finding myself looking forward to packing in a whole lot of nutrition in making my next green drink, or fruit smoothie, etc. I'm trying to change my focus completely about food.

WY--

My partner, Jonathan, is 6'0" and always weighs between 155 and 160. Thin is good if it's done right!

Yes, and you don't want to be Anorexic. A little
muscle-mass is Sexy.
I'm 5'8", 132 lbs. I could lose 5 lbs., and tone up, for
a better Look.
Check Anorexia Pictures out if you have a strong stomach.
Kwan....are you still unhappy about your weight?.....WY

Hahaha! Today I'm fine with it. Ask me tomorrow!

No, really, I guess if I could figure out how to do it without enormous vexation and privation, I'd lose about 25 pounds, but I'm not in a snit over it. I think I carry my weight well. I've lost and gained, lost and gained, over the years, but I always maintain at my present weight and size, and it just seems like I have better things to do than go crazy trying to be a size 5 when apparently I'm a natural size 10/12. ;-p
