Anyone have any success clearing these up through diet or other non-surgical methods?

They're bits of debris that accumulate in the eye. They are often perceived as little dark spots or light flashes that come and go in your field of vision. It's not painful and if they stay small, they're just a minor annoyance. There is a laser surgery for large floaters, but I'd rather not go that route.

How do you know your blood sugar is more stable? Do you measure your glucose regularly at home?

i really dont use it so much now except from time to time as i really now can notice the physical signs of unstable blood sugar for me

mood change, eye floaters, headachey, lack of energy, waking up feeling like i havent slept like AT all, painless migraines, being snappy, sore back

I see them since childhood.appearing like bunches of bubbles, especially in real bright light. Some even "jump" like little dolphins jumping out of the water.
But something inside always told me they are harmless.Ever since being 6.

the zigzags I have had too.
They come on in the center, then move to periphery. In about 30 min.
Pretty scary when happening.
Been 2 yrs since last one.
