Infrared Saunas

Date: March 21, 2008 06:47PM I have just recently gotten up to about 90% raw and have had my fair share of headaches, and experienced the rash/acne thing. I was wondering if anyone has tried using infrared saunas to help with the detox process? If so, did it help/not help/anything to be weary of?? Re: Infrared Saunas

Date: March 23, 2008 05:40PM hello,your skin is your largest organ when it comes to detox any sauna will do.i like to use a dry sauna or infrared sauna.if you can get your self real hot then take a cold shower or jump in a lake.drink alot of good water and you be all set.running before you sauna helps get the deep stuff.
