You can try natural anti-biotics. Get some olive leaf and wild oregano at your health food store and take those. And get some wild oregano oil and put it directly on the problem areas in your mouth, brush with it etc. You can also put a crushed clove of garlic in the back of your mouth where the problem area is and leave it there for a few hours.

You can't edit these posts. Sorry I didn't mean I don't care about people who don't like supplements, I just meant that I don't care that there are people who are against them. I could care less about those who don't like supplements. I just want to hear from those who are taking them.
I take some supplements. Esp. food and herb extracts like grape seeds, oregano, olive leaf, and other herbs etc. plus some maca, msm, enzymes etc.
However I am not big on a high intake of vegetable cellulose (the caps). Not only that but I have a hard time actually taking the supp

I think for raw foods, pumpkin seeds are really good. 1 Cup has 115% of Iron.
You have to watch out for things that reduce the absorption of the iron. Hmm, like calcium and anti-oxidants. Ain't it a B*****! I love tea. White tea, Green Tea, Rooibos, Mint tea, etc. etc. But eh these teas reduce the absorption of iron from like 40-90%. If taken at the same time as the high iron food or meal. So
