Just like in the SAD world those who cannot take time to prepare a good meal feed on fast food, so too in the raw food world, those who cannot make time feed on superfood. It takes effort, time, and work to eat raw, fresh, and nourishing food. But eating is on of the most important activities of our lives.

You are exactly correct. That is why more than 60 percent of my food is sprout I get my food from the growing trays into my dishes. So powders are not all that important except few things I cannot get indoor.

The body is 80 percent water, eating dried food and drinking water is not the same as eating 80 percent water content food. The 80 percent water content raw food is vastly superior to any dried food you can find.

I think we are taking things too far from truth and reality. I would not want to live on superfood powders. They have no living water. They are dried.

2143. Re: karma
Why is that suicide attempts among youths aged 13 through 24 years is so high? And most have wealthy parents. And some in the most prestigious schools. Could it be that they are frustrated, lost in a world that does not respond to their inner needs. Society, and the parents push them into things that do not respond to the goals they set to accomplish on earth.

Great post, thanks. I guess maybe I have toxicity but do not know it. I do not feel there is a problem though, I am doing fine. No noticeable health problem, always full of energy. Into sprouts, wheatgrass, not much sea veggies but I use kelp capsule daily. Never used chlorella and spirulina. I do not know if I am missing out. Is there a test for finding out how much one is toxic?

Could it be that much of the toxicity is due to people not eating raw. Raw food is cleansing in itself.

2149. Re: karma
In most parts of the world, you are judged by a judge when you do wrong. In the american judicial system, you are judged by a jury of your peers. But in every day life, you are judged by yourself, your higher self, your conscience. And that is how God wants it. You set your own punishment, your own karma.

2150. Re: karma
‘corporations are people’ It is strange that when someone dies, we say "His body was buried here". We do not say "He was buried here". Maybe we are the higher self that goes on after death.

I agree that animals are our friends and we should not eat them. But the biggest problem the world has is not that we eat meat, it is that the meat we eat is loaded with chemicals and hormones. Our grand parents ate free range grass fed meat. The animals are raised under tremendous stress, to get fat as fast as possible. This is a more urgent problem to solve than getting people to become v
