Elakti, thank you for your great kindness and generosity in sending me that package of books; I really appreciate it and will read them voraciously...;} Accepting the process where you are right now will help you tremendously - that's where I am right now as well! Accepting myself, my process and taking a good, hard, truthful look at everything - seeing what my next move is... I am so, so,

Vegetarian Guide to Diet and Salad - just had to get up and run down two flights of stairs to find that out! ;-) And, no, I haven't read anything by Ehret...never heard of him before you mentioned him! *Bows head in quiet shame*

What Sapphire said! When you're at that place that you are ready on all levels, then the step will come...at least you are aware of what you have to process first...So glad Sapphire came to give you additional support...thanks, Sapphire! Way to go on doing so well in Yoga yesterday!!! So proud of you...

Mama Cass - np lotion for me either - almond oil, coconut and shea butter instead - and I can't even wear essential oils anymore! Thankfully, I don't need them ;} Beeswax is a def. no-no! And it's cotton clothing all the way, baby! I learned really fast that I have to be mentally and emotionally "loose" when it comes to food and control; I cannot be obsessive about raw percentage

Elakti, you're more than welcome! Wish I could do more Trust me, I overstand how important it is to have someone there to lend encouragement and support. Plus, you're so sweet, it's easy to cheer you on and wish you the best!!!

Bryan - I do agree with what you so beautifully said, and I do consider my (increased) sensitivity / conciousness a tremendous blessing...but there are some times where it could definitely be a little more difficult to stay in that frame of mind than others!!! Coco - I definitely feel you. I'm in a suburban setting for now that's like living in a park - am definitely much happier surrounded by

Mama Cass - I could hug you right now; you actually made me smile, too. You so get it! Thanks for your support. Dancerinthenight - I have exactly the same issues that you do - and everything has been heightened on raw, believe me - so I know that you truly do understand where I am coming from! Sensitivity is a gift that I am grateful for - don't get me wrong - but that doesn't mean that it is

I regretted mentioning my issue from the time I wrote about it; damn the short edit window!!! Should have just made this the general question that I'd wanted to at first and left myself out of it...but here's my say and I'll leave it alone: when you're already twice or more as sensitive as everyone else to begin with all of your life and then you find that extra has been added on on top of that.

Elakti, Thanks for explaining more about how difficult the smoking issue is for you; I now have a better grasp of how challenging this is / has been for you. I'm behind you, and still believe that you can accomplish what you want to... >It's like trying to get together in one place with one purpose a cast of thousands. Couldn't have said it myself! That's kind of how I'm feeling now

...Especially in today's polluted environment, is there a danger of raw foodists - especially those who are high / 100% raw - being TOO clean or pure? I've been pondering this for a long time, now, and wanted to see what you guys think about it...food for thought, yes? For me, I've become wayyyyyyyy more sensitive to smells and scents, and to someone who already has mild to moderate Multipl

Ummmnn...pear trees heavy with fruit, eh??? Please don't give me any ideas! I don't like eating pears - it's a textural thing - but I LOVE juicing them... I'd love to take some of them off your hands ;} Nah, I haven't been able to (go to any potlucks) as yet, but would love to at some point; I don't know anyone in the 'real' world who is also raw, so would be so neat to actually meet others fa

Maui_Butterfly, that is so awesome - underwater...talk about added resistance! No wonder you're so tired!!! You must be fielding a lot of questions too, no doubt! I'm loving the kettlebells more and more myself. I'm not as sore as I expected to be at all ( at least, not after my first two workouts!), but am more challenged in the cardio side of things... Rawk on!

Been super busy and also coping with a lot of wild emotions and crazy, ungrounded energy these last few days, so haven't been online much... I am very thankful for the whole process, however, and am truly a changed woman from what I had been 90-ish days ago! Looking forward to seeing what the next 90 days has in store!

Hey, guys! {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} to you both!!! I'm still alive - and still around - but have been really busy around here the past few days; I've also been having a seriously FUN (read:major sarcasm, here) time with galloping emotions and flaring (ungrounded!) energy...*sighs* I'll be fine, but sometimes it's a little tough to enjoy the process / remember not to kick against

Take things nice and slow! Just incorporate more fresh fruits and some veggies / a salad, and a green smoothie every day to start, along with what you're used to eating to begin with. Make heathier choices, and take things at your own pace - ther's no need to rush things too quickly! Allow your body time to adjust to all the changes... feel better soon!

Tried to edit this part into the above, but it didn't work! ;( ...So much of our feeling of self-worth tends to come from what we have done / are able to do - comparing ourselves to others, held expectations & milestones - and not from positive feelings of who we intrinsically ARE; from externals rather than from the internal... Hello there yourself Just finished polishing off a huge glass of green-carrot / V7 juice (you'd like this one, Elakti!) consisting of carrots-celery-tomato-cucumber-green/red bell pepper-greens(kale today)-parsley, and a big romaine-avo-fresh & sundried tomatoes-alfalfa sprout-black olive salad...YUMMNNN!!! Happy day to you (and to you, Sundancer)! You are doing so well! You sound as if you are enjoying yourself, and I am very happy for you. I wish that I could eat that many grapes - I love them - but they don't seem to love my teeth! After a remarkably small amount my teeth become somewhat sensitive, so I have to stop and am unable to indulge my grape desires... Feel somewhat on the quiet

Been feeling very contained and emotional lately, more than usual, especially in the evenings as the day winds down a bit. Couldn't put my finger on a specific thing, really. Been contemplating a lot about how and what I think about myself, how I 'talk' to myself - you really have to be mindful of that sort of thing... But the most ... wondrous thing happened this morning about midway through

Good to have you back, Sundancer: glad that you had a wonderful time and that you got to visit with your friend and relatives; sorry that you didn't get to see your Mom (that seriously sucks - hope she's better!), and happy that you made it back safely!!! You have your own garden, and your cousin in Hawaii has an organic farm - okay, NOW I'm officially jealous! ;} Definitely keep us posted

I am feeling fantastic, thank you; happy to know you are doing so well - way to go! You were right on target, then, about needing to fast for a while... Ummnnn...long doggie (or alone!) walks are delicious, aren't they? Must go on one later, it's such a gorgeous day out... >Love with figs and velvet apricots on top, *grins broadly* Thanks! Got a bunch of Black Velvets downstairs ripe
