Hey guys. I'm sorry to be away so much. All raw today except for some cooked corn on a salad that gave me a yucky headache but it was only a handful of it. Lots and lots of walking all over brooklyn. Great raw foods class. Will post on everyone's diary's soon.

Well mom arrived today which is so great! We had a good day though i had to work for 5 hours but that's ok. We took a nice long wlak by the river and i took one to pick her up this morning. NOt going to write a lot. I'm sleepy. hahaha i love that picture. Yeah you are right. YOur body will tell you when you need something else. THe one thing maybe to do more of is sprouts. I know you are waiting for your sprouter, but in the mean time if you just soak quinoa over night it turns into sprouts becuase it is so small .Then you'll get some more protein in and not just carbs, although the flax has some good protein i think. Hey guys. Well crazy day. My plans seemed to be foiled all day long argh one of those. All though I did enjoy some time in a down pour of rain running hehe. So much fun. I was going to go to the gym this mornign but my train didn't come for 20 mindutes and then i didn't have time before the therapist so i just didn't go which stunk and instead walked to therapy boo. 114 lbs i lost 2.5 lbs this week so I am very happy with that.
