Thanks suncloud. Hey maybe try green smoothies. I used to have a really hard time getting greens in until my dad introduced me to green smoothies and now i drink one everday. They are super easy to digest.

Don't worry about not fasting. YOu have got to just listen to your body you know. What really helped my dad stop with coffee was having green smoothies every morning instead. They energized him just as much and he stopped wanting it. Maybe that would help. :-)

115 lbs (lost 3 lbs since sunday) So i did weigh myself thismorning but i don't feel like it's going to control me. I porbably wont do it tomorrow you know. Thanks EA! oh my god that is such a good saying hehe well i just took a really long walk. It was nice. Thanks everyone .You are all the greatest. I know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday. Maybe I'll give that up eventully but right nnow i feel like it's the only way i can stay in control if that makes any sense. I'm working on it. Yeah i'm very excited to start dacning again.
