I think if you havent lived with an Ed you cant really understand, for me its a daily struggle. But persistance and continuing onwards with positive energy works

I do this whilst working, usually add in some lemon water also. Never had a problem. However I have fasted long term before and mostly have a liquid diet.
I think if its your first time maybe do juice if you have to work

I dont count calories
when I started raw I ate a lot! Now I mostly have liquid wether thats juice, MC or just water.
More energy.. I train 3 times a day.
Dont sweat calories.. eat when your body tells you to

..they have tonnes of flavours/combos
Ruth's hemp foods or..Nutiva also do a chocolate shake--got some samples of this one for my bday.
I use hemp with maca + e3 live the most
chocolate ones nice for an odd treat!

I dont have any urge to eat avo pits.. happily munch on other seeds mind..melon seeds, papaya seeds.. apple..small..easily consumed ones..

that would be about it
Plenty of water
if you wanted to get a bit more elaborate..green smoothie leathers, some crackers and a sack full of avocados.

I buy what I can organic, otherwise conventional.
end of the day I have to afford to keep a roof over my head..as well as thrive on the best food I can put into my body!!
I am thinking with those amounts, buying direct from wholesale may work out a lot cheaper!!
I find buying direct is 40-55% CHEAPER. Its worth contacted some wholesalers

Everyday, 3 different things
1. yoga or a run AM-- 1 Hour
evening
2. weights.. strength training
3.basic floor work
or pole work
if I feel like none of those then I will go run again or kettleball in the garden

so if you want to extend the life of soft fruits and greens.. sure!
I have been using them to save some money ..massive credit crunch here..so..yes they do work. lettuces and pluots i gave to a friend two weeks ago still going strong!

I ovulate like clockwork..hormones all perfect..so I certainly am not concearned!
so in answer to that..somedays 0, somedays 300 somedays 1000 somedays 3000..who knows! I just live!

Juice feasting website suggests : $25-$30 a day
which is A LOT , and a lot more than you would usually spend
I do mine on about that amount PER WEEK as I order direct from wholesalers
if you google up : juice feasting budget..loads of blogs, tips and handy ideas
