agreed, hemp is easy to do no straining etc if your really stuck for time..just blend the nut butter and water up, add a couple dates. done!

are you mono eating?? do you eat fat? all I eat is fruit and I have no problem, however when I was eatin gourmet..fat..etc..fruit gave me terrible problems.. Hope that helps a bit!

none normally. Prefer juicy fruit mono mealing at the moment, so as many as I need.. 10-20 depending on training. Training 3 times a day currently, so may be more!

Really drawn to eating mono at the moment, before I did months on oranges..was drawn to them in a mad way. I thought I was going to mono melons..but now I am thinking banana's is the way to go.. Anyone have any banana mono eating experiences to share..thinking 2 weeks..till whenever my body says enough really!! Training really heavily right now..so just feels perfect Love R xx

might sound random but how close to bed are you eating?? that always keeps me up if I am restless I tend to write down bits.. or go for a walk then come back. enough training means I am usually ready for bed by 10!

I train on empty, I eat after. train three times a day no problemo. I would be sick if I trained after a feast lol

Agreed, theres no fast thing with crohns and UC. it is what it is, it takes time to heal however works for YOU I wouldnt advise the aloe..my dad really wanted me to use it, made me iller than usual even. If it means just having soft blended meals do it, if it means a slow transition do it. You havent mentioned if your flaring or not at the moment. Either way, take it slow and feel your w

I went overnight with crohns, I had seen so many specialists and couldnt afford to keep spending out on steroids,painkillers and pentasa. but.. you have to do what is right for YOU!

I think 8-1-1 is ideal for people that train hard, I train 3 times a day..so it works for me I dont do any counting.. I just dont eat overts. simple as that.. I munch an avo now and again..sorted! No need to eat fruit if you have issues currently or have non sweet fruit, cucumbers tomatoes, peppers huge salads I dont personally eat sprouts, but..sprout away! enjoy as many as you like Vitamins.. no need for those! if you feel comfortable taking them, do so. No rules, no food police

lettuces are pretty easy to grow..you can even do that in pots or bags of dirt personally rarely eat them..so dont have to worry about buying!

I am inlined to say ditch the nuts just eat raw. period. ..hope this dosent come across harsh.. just after years of steroids and pentasa..I am speaking from experience.

dont be scared of the old protein myths..jump in and try..what have you got to loose? my oh used to compete competitively, he has gone from 12st to 15st vegan ..trains like a machine and is cut.. its doable!! do your reading! Check out veganbodybuilding also thrive diet..although I dont agree with eating tofu/soy..it may be a nice point for you from a bodybuilding point of view..a starting

you have to do what is right for you as a vegan i wont support the eating of meat. transitional or not. I would cut out the cooked nuts. your better off eating fresh food if you cant source raw. From your other posts I see your trying to heal and improve your IBD..I cant see any benefits of eating cooked nuts whatsoever in aiding this process! All the best with your journey

I eat when I am hungry when I started I was eating huge amounts of food, now I eat very little. listen to your body, little ...simple and blended if your flaring up- I just had organic babyfood or blended banana's with water during a full on flare. Otherwise just eat when you are truly hungry. whatever you are drawn to.

its pricey for what it is cacao butter lectin or you can add more dry ingredients. depends what it is really. I have been using the butter lately..works well for firming things up

there is no raw food police! do what feels good to you personally I love fennel and mint tea... perfect in the evenings when have ceased eating for the day

Anything that you put in there to "save" from going bad can just as easily go in the freezer i wouldnt not recommend eating dead food!...even for transition purposes!

yeah you wont have to eat as much forever, you will find you eat less naturally give it some time, a good couple months, you will find you need a lot less food
