I am a very slow healer, I have scars from 15 years ago which are still raised I split my knee open 10 days ago, only now is it fully sealed, not breaking open/gushing with blood everytime I shower or train ...Not too sure what it is, I eat a high fruit diet, but as I said I have always healed very slowly, on SAD or raw . whatever works for YOU Dont get concearned with what works for others.. for me 5-10% is fine, basically I will have avocado once a fortnight or month. Otherwise no overt fats for me..I feel best, I train loads and sleep better. But this isnt the case for everyone!

you must get a lunch break, legally, eat whenever you can simple I get a break and lunches but rarely have time to leave my office, so I eat whenever I can, not going to starve for any job!!

I dont eat tomatoes often : yellow peppers, apricots, nectarines, plums..all work well in salad or dressing (depends what on of course!!0 What recipies are you trying to sub for?? as far as nuts... tricky..depends what your making.. a milk..or a crust..depends what its for!

I couldnt eat that much, I eat small amounts when I am truly hungry.. If you are feeling TRULY hungry, eat. simple as that dont wrap yourself in circles getting stressed hunny!!

good luck with it they are teenagers, no reason why they cant prep meals... otherwise perhaps make a meal for alll then let them prepare their cooked extras. ie. do raw mexican night..or noodles and pasta sauce..then they can prep up meat, heat the sauce, put cheese out or whatever.. not your problem, you have put out a lovely meal.. easy enough for them to add their bits if they want somet

if they have plenty os salad I dont see a problm personally I would take loads of fruit with me, or ring ahead and let them know I need fresh produce and plenty of it!! assuming you have paid to go on this camp...so should get what you need whilst there I would take in suitcase, oranges, banana's, apples..all easy to store..cheap etc
