I rang the fruit wholesaler last night, they are just a few streets away. The prices are imense and the produce amazing...cant wait to go get my boxes of melons, oranges and cucumbers!! heres pics of some cases I got last time what are u guys buying by the caseload??

I usually update what I have on my blog everyday when I first went raw I ate a LOT..could easily eat several kg of fruit no problem. Now I eat a lot less avo every couple days fruit thats about it.. very simple! today have had handfull cherry tomatoes Strawberries- 10 or so navel orange I train twice daily All the best to you

Adding in... also a crohn sufferer, been in remission 2 years before I went raw the first time I was taking steroids, steroid pumps, pentasa, various painkillers every single day. Was bed-ridden at times and had to drop out of uni It took a good 6 months for me to have truly good digestion and feel some energy return, I havent had a flare since. I took pentasa and steroids for 4 years for my crohns, its been in remission nearly 2 years now rest, eat well.. it will heal.. your energy will return!

you are one of the few lucky ones! Mine looks on google..to find out what is wrong..and took 20 years to diagnose OCD, And 5 to diagnose crohns!! go figure eitherway raw has healed those complaints!

I like its taste.. nice flavour to throw into deserts etc.. but to me..hmm.. bit pricey..non essential! Nice treat!..but.. your better off getting yourself a case of melons!

Works fine for soup or made into rice ...with a nice strong dressing but..personally..dosent digest great for me..so dont eat it! if its fine for you..enjoy!

what do you guys use for toothcare, toothbrush? electric brush? twig? baking soda?? ...I am a tad obsessed with caring for my teeth..lol recently gone back to using a manual brush and a natural toothpaste

You dont need any kitchen gadgets IMO Buy it, wash it, eat it! When I started I got lots of books..I wouldnt recommend any of those. Perhaps Green for Life if your intrested in hitting up Green smoothies Shazzie Detox for life.. simple..no frills.. Go online The company that make New Gena also do a range of new ones with similar spec Breville and Philips do a high spec one. Juicers online have a range also Wouldnt recommend buying direct from US as you need a HUGE adaptor!! Although many rawbies have done so! My tastebuds must be funky cos every single one has been awesome here in the UK, big seeded ones. No seedless Bought loads of organic from my local supplier..not had any "mini"or seedless varieties.. but they have been superb.. maybe I am used to them tasting like they do?!

The weight can come off fast..and slowly rebuild try to embrace whatever it is as just a step in path.. hmm..yeah keep the outside wiped down I dont bother with it anymore..its pricey..and find just plain lemonade works fine long term! Hope the pesky ants are gone now
