Yes, Meow has my answer about the vinegar. Also, you can add it to the hot water and steam your face. I love my exfoliating gloves, and use them everyday when I bath. I use my hand-made soap, but you can use Braggs vinegar and distilled water if you don't like even hand-made soap. A cold rinse also helps to close pores, or you can use witch hazel. Love, Prism

Fat and salt are the tastes we are used to and they do give foods flavor. Too much of either is not a good thing but it's up to you to know when to cut back which you will eventually..but that takes time..years sometimes. So, in the meantime eating as healthy as you can is the best thing you can do for now. You might try juicing or eating celery with a bit of almond butter or other raw spread.

You could do a bit of research on what Panamanian West Indians true natural diet was before they introduced western foods. Then start with fresh raw foods that incorporate those foods. At your age, I'd suspect low iron supply. You can research anemia, low iron supply, etc and you'll get about 12 symptoms that looks a lot like hypothyroidism. I'd buy an iron supplement and take 1-3 tabs a day for 3-5 days and if it perks you up almost right away, you know your supply of iron was low. It's a quick way to find out if you need iron. Nothing that I've found beats using those exfoliating gloves. I use them on every part of my body with my own hand-made soaps. Almond meal makes a good exfoliating agent for your body, as does salt, and even sugar.
