I've had my own theory about why CR works and I think it has a lot to do with less food in our major channel of elimination - OUR COLON!!! When we eat too much Food, especially if it's the WRONG FOOD, there is simply too much Junk in the Trunk and that changes the Ionic Pressure in our Colon and now, it is not as efficient at being a depository for all of the other waste matter that is generated
